These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Associated Welding Supplies. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
2. Products and Availability
We make every effort to keep product descriptions and stock information accurate. However, all products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or substituted without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot accept liability for delays outside of our control. Risk of goods passes to the customer once delivery is completed.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and fit for resale. Refunds will be issued once items are received and inspected. Certain products, such as custom orders or hazardous goods, may not be returnable.
6. Warranty
Many products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product information or manufacturer’s guidance for details. We will assist customers in resolving warranty claims where possible.
7. Liability
Associated Welding Supplies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
